柴油发电机组标准机房cad设计图施工尺寸图
技术要求
1. 本图为机组机房的最小尺寸，用户可根据需要进行加大
2. 柴油发电机组地基基础应建在硬土地面上，夯实后，做200mm后的混凝土地面，地面应平整
3. 用户在建造机房时，应在机组上方屋顶预埋起吊用工字钢，以备日后维修用
4. 机房应通风良好，地面应平整 防滑
5. 机组排气管内径不应小于110mm，弯管不宜超过3个，弯管角度应大于90度，排气管应有支撑或吊装支架，保证机组消音器，增压器等不受力
6. 机房应备有灭火器等消防工具
Technical Requirement
1. This figure above is the least dimension, customers can enlarge it according to their own situation.
2. The floor of the engine room should be hard and flat ,and should be covered by at least 200mm thick concrete.
3. When building engine room, hoiting steel should be preset in the roof of the room for later repairing.
4. The engine room should have vent,and the floor shoud be flat and protected from sliding.
5. The inner diameter of exhaust pipe of generation set shoud be up to 110mm, syphons should not be over three, and the angle of syphon should not be less that
90 degrees .The exhaust pipe should have support or hoisting frame.
6. There must be fire fighting equipments in the engine room.
